Summary: Wish it were MORE Fabulous!
Review: After searching websites and finding some pretty interesting pictures, I expected this book to really contain what it boasts "downright shocking.... astounding", but doesn't show half of what is shown on the internet! Honestly I was disappointed - but DEFINITELY look at Studio 54: A Legend. Absolutely worth it - much more story and TRUELY Fabulous! pictures!!!

Summary: This book is a time warp: everything the 70's wanted to be!
Review: Bobby Miller is a friend and an artist. That's how I know him. He is a fun and fabulous friend, and his art in uncompromised and unadulterated fun and fabulousness. Let him take you by the hand into the womb of the 70's: smell the smoke, the sweat, the cheap cologne. ( Stained dresses were a dime a dozen, I'm sure.) This book is a pictographic history of the big bang of the Age of Aquarius. It's an authentic item for those culturally inclined, no matter what your persuasion. Give it to yourself and think of it as a history book with lots of pictures (and great writing, too)!

Summary: Dusting off history can be fun and educational!
Review: During the three years that I spent at Studio 54, lost in a disco and drug haze, I never thought that I would one day put the photographs I was taking into a book for everyone to enjoy. It's a little like having a baby and since this is my first book of photographs I guess I'm a little like a proud papa. I want everyone to see, hold, and enjoy my "baby". Many of the people in this book are now deceased or long gone from the New York City night club scene. Sometimes I feel as though there was a hidden reason that I survived those wild out-of-controls times and now I realize it was to write this book so that a new generation could have a mirror to look into and gauge their behavior now to those times then.I sometimes think that Studio 54 was the pandora's box that once it was opened it starting the ball rolling towards the down fall of western civilization. I realize now that it was simply a great party. There is something to learn from Studio 54 and its inhabitants so I would hope that each reader finds something of value to take away from this book even if it's just for its entertainment purposes. I had a great time at Studio, I met a lot of wonderful people and made some great friends that I am still close to even after twenty years. I hope that readers enjoy the photographs and the stories and that they will keep an eye out next year for my new book of photos and stories about the many great artists and charectors that I have been lucky enough to meet and come to know over the last twenty-five years in New York City.

Summary: Excellent book for Disco culture lovers
Review: Gives you a great idea on what the club-life was like in late 70s and early 80s...

Summary: Club of the century immortalized
Review: How great to find a collection of photographs successfully depicting a slice of amazing history. And the anecdotes and text are both entertaining and informative. Mr. Miller is an unknown master waiting to be discovered. This is the consumate report on the legendary nightclub of the seventies. A great gift item for the serious seventies affectionado.

Summary: Just Fabulous! as its title
Review: I found out that this photographic book is really bizarre, however you will enjoy it if you are a Disco-culture lover. Get it!

Summary: A complete history of the era and it's people
Review: I liked these photos and the text that went with them. I felt as though I was really there and enjoying the period. A book of great historical value.

Summary: Better than the fantastic symphony
Review: What a wonderful work. Clearly, Mr. Miller has a terrific eye and can capture the glit, glam, feels and smells of what Studio 54 must have been like. If only I could have been there too. Alas, I'm too young for that, but at least I can see what life was like in the golden age. Signed, A Fan From Ophir There
