Summary: Pencils as Art and Works of Wonder!
Review: When I first picked up this book "Pencils" I couldn't understand why anyone would want a book on that! After reading it and showing it to several friends, we all find that we are fascinated with this book. I think this book not only provides interesting images of the art of the pencil but also makes one think about such a simple object. You even can figure out how on earth they make those simple yellow pencils. Full of stories about pencils (who da thunk!) An enjoyable and educational read.
