Her vision, a concrete casting of the interior of a building, a ghost of the structure. The book is a detail the process and an analysis of the work."House" helped Whiteread win the 1993 Turner Prize. Sadly, the piece was destroyed in January of 1994. A book for the student of contemporary art or the fan of Rachel Whiteread. Well worth the price.
