Rating: Summary: Good Basic Guideline Review: For those just beginning in the world of shooting movies, this book outlines some of the very basic concepts. It would prove equally useful to professional and home movie enthusiasts. All the fancy equipment in the world cannot make a person a good photographer and/or editor, but the concepts discussed in this book, if followed, will accomplish that. Although the prose is at times boring and a little difficult to wade through, I plan to use this book in my classroom to teach students the basics of cinematography.
