Review: Cudlin's book is beautiful: his poignant black and white images capture the mood, the feeling and moments that would otherwise be forgotten without his unobtrusive camera. As a photojournalist who has covered his part of the world I find his work both refreshing in its style and approach. From traditional compositions of the classical works of humanistic photography with its simplicity and clarity to the more complicated structure that he employs for his later work, Cudlin is a photographer who is still evolving and whose work will ultimately stand the test of time.
