Rating: Summary: Attack of the Generic Cowboys Review: This book, I feel, is average compared to other clip art books. The illustrations are modernized images of what cowboys and native americans should be, but that is what they're supposed to be. The illustrations are highly effective for what their intended use is, but I personally feel that they lack some of the detail that other books of this nature have. I do like the variety of the subjects; cowboys, native amoericans, animals, buildings, borders, memorabilia, etc. If you're looking for anything western or with a western feel, it will most likely be illustrated within this book. One thing that I do find really, really annoying is that a vast majority of clip art books, including this one, will be bound so that they will not lay flat in a scanner or copy machine. Very frustrating for digital artists.
