Rating:  Summary: Computers in dance education Review: Judith A. Gray's book "Dance Technology: Current Application and Future Trends" is one of the first text to address the relationship between dance education and computers. The book includes several essays written by deferent researcher in the areas of encompass human movement animation, dance notation, computer choreography, and dance education. In her essay (that is included within the book), Gray states that dance researcher using the computers to create research databases, to produce and distribute electronic publications and communications, and to input and edit notation scores, but she dose not mention current instructional uses of the computers.
