Summary: Ecological artist and designers - be ready to be inspired!
Review: This book documents artistic environmental projects that have happened and are happening around the world. As an ecological designer myself, I was inspired by many people that I had never heard of. Some of the projects go more toward an artistic approach and some are more technological. The authors did a great job of compiling some truly inspirational and sometimes, only locally-known, ecologists (whether they see themselves that way or not). This book may not be a sit down and read straight through kind of book, but it is definitely great for anyone from the art or nature lover to ecological design professional to open up and be inspired by what has been going on and what is going on in our global community. I highly recommend this, especially for higher education teachers and leaders to have as a reference for environmentally curious minds.
