Summary: Nice Art but no step by step demonstrations
Review: I purchased this book due to the excellent illustrations of the author's work, but the text is minimal and not sufficient as to the description of the techniques employed by the author in creating his sharp focus paintings. The few demonstrations, and I mean few, are limited and for the price I paid for the hardcover when this book came out not worth it. There are better books out there on painting seascapes such as John Robinson's book.
