Summary: Get Noticed - A GREAT resource book!
Review: As a high school computer graphics teacher, I found this book to be a wonderful addition to our resource library. My students were able to read about a variety of graphic designers and saw great examples of their work. The information from the designers helped my students understand the design process and concept of promoting your work. We contacted some of the designers to get answers to career research questions related to the graphic arts field. Some students also interviewed some of the designers in the book. I would recommend this book to anyone who is teaching in this field or planning to become a graphic designer.

Summary: A must have for anyone who wants to stand out from the crowd
Review: This is quite possibly one of the best self-promotion guides available. As a college senior getting ready to enter the job market, this book has been like a bible to me. It's no longer enough to have the skills employers are looking for, you have to be able to make a strong impression right from the start and this book will show you how to do it. Get Noticed is full of excellent ideas for creative, unique résumés, thank you cards, and notices. Truly an invaluable resource.
