Review: Short of a visit to Hawai`i to study with Ms. Kekuewa, this book is the next best thing. There are step by step instructions for making traditional and contemporary lei with detailed instructions regarding feather choices and preparation. I have been making feather lei for more than 10 years and discovered many tips and secrets in this book that would have taken me another 10 years to discover on my own.
