Rating: Summary: The Definitive In Horror Fiction, Sets A Precedence! Review: This is Dean Koontz's best book ever, no contest! I read this when I was twelve and still re-read it every year. It scared the beejesus out of me but more so I fell in love with the characters. Very seldom does that happen in mass market horror. If there are college courses on how to write a damn good horror novel this would be the text book. If you haven't read this book and are a fan of horror fiction- get up, go to your local bookstore, and buy the book. In fact, buy 2 or 3. You'll need 'em.
Rating: Summary: Possibly the greatest book I've ever read Review: I picked up this book at a library, having never before read Dean Koontz. When I reached the end of the story, I was crying because I didn't want the book to end. This book held my attention from the very first chapter and didn't let go, even at the end. The characters in this are so real you'd swear that you know them as well as your best friends. I found it impossible for me to put this book down after I started. Read it as soon as you can.
Rating: Summary: It is definitely the best book I have ever read. Review: Once I picked up Watchers, I never put it down. It made me laugh, cry, and it definitely kept me in suspense. I was actually crying when the book ended. I am intrigued with Dean Koontz because he is such a powerful author, he always has me on the edge of my seat. Watchers is is best book yet and I'm sure it will always be my favorite.
Rating: Summary: My favorite book!!!!! Review: This book is incredibly will written, it pulls you and in and you cannot put it down. The characters are fantastic, and so real. This is a must read I recommend to all my friends, strangers on planes. Everybody. Although I have read every single one of Dean Koontz's books, I have chosen only to review my favorites. It wasn't hard to pick my number one favorite which is this book. However the number 2 favorite was very difficult because I think all his books are fantastic. I can honestly say I haven't read a book of his I don't like. Read them all! I just wish there was more to read.
Rating: Summary: Exciting, Suspensful, Gripping and Great. Review: I read this book and could not put it down. It is the best book I have read by Koontz so far. He took three characters who needed one another and can not live without one another. I especially like the relationship with the dog, since I am a dog lover too.
Rating: Summary: best book ever Review: This is my favorite book in the world. It's also one of the few that made me cry. It really felt as if i actually knew the characters and as if they were my next-door neighbors!!
Rating: Summary: Watchers is the best book that I have set my eyes on.. Review: Dean koontz made novel history with the creation of this book. This is the first of many books that i have purchased and read of his novels. THe creation of the movie watcher's shouldn't be associated with this novel. Koontz takes the reader in a heart pounding journey with every page. I have recommended this novel to all of my closest friends as I shall also recommend this novel to every stranger who feeds off of mystery and suspense. Personally I read this novel in three days because I couldn't stand to stop and continue reading. This books just grabs you and pulls you in.
Rating: Summary: My favorite book, best I ever read Review: This book was the best book I ever read. I loved it. It was really cool how I finished the book on June 28, which was James's birthday and the last day in the book! Even though it wasn't really open too a sequel, I really wish there were some how. I was depressed after I read it because it was the end of such a wonderful book. Every one should read it!
Rating: Summary: This was the best book I have ever read. Review: The story was very scary and very entertaining. The characters were all very realistic, and they all gave you a sense of hope. The ending of the book was very good and sad. This was a must read.
Rating: Summary: Genius Review: It takes guts to make a dog the main character of your book. It takes talent to make your reader care. It takes genius to make that dog as witty and engaging a character as Einstein is in Watchers. Dean Koontz is a genius.
