Summary: A very powerful and informative tape.
Review: I agree with the other comments above about this tape, if you have never done a Lazaris meditation you are in for a treat, because there is a deep spirituality involved in all his meditations and you will really feel it. The meditation here is no exception, you will experience the power vortex if you do it, this vortex comes out of harmonizing your masculine and feminine energies, which Lazaris also discusses on the tape in detail. It is a companion tape to Balance...as mentioned by the publisher in their comments, and both of these two tapes give a detailed explanation of the masculine and feminine energies, and how to balance and harmonize them within yourself. This is similar in concept to the Swiss Psychologist Carl Jung's concepts of the anima and animus, but I find Lazaris' explanation far deeper, clearer, easier to understand, and just more, lots more than Jung's, which is saying a lot because I deeply respect Jung's work. If you are a therapist this tape is must listening, if you are interested in sorting out your sexual identity issues here is the information that you need. I do not lie[g].
