Summary: Bedroom Basics and Creative Ideas
Review: "Women respond best to the more self-confident and self-assured men, and those are men who listen."

A book is fine, but don't underestimate the power of a love letter, being open and intimate and sharing your dreams.

Listening is probably one of the most important points made in this book. I think women fall in love with men who listen to them, who want to know their dreams and who respect their emotional health.

In my mind, the best way to give a woman pleasure is to romance her out of her ordinary world and take her into the world of her fantasies. However, Lou Paget is known as a sex educator and educating men and women on the current sexual research is what she does best.

If you are looking for a book filled with romantic ideas to drive your woman wild, this book focuses on the bedroom. Yes, there are secret tips on communicating with women. If you are not listening to a woman, she will not be as open to having sex with you.

Lou Paget is explicit, honest and provides a guide to sex based on secrets shared by hundreds of men and women who attend her seminars.

This book is definitely written for men and focuses on giving a woman pleasure during sex. It also discusses various factors relevant to modern relationships. The sports analogies are good and often the humor makes you laugh out loud. Men don't realize how much control they really could have over their sex lives. Often they just don't plan for sex the way they plan the rest of their lives.

"How you invest in your sexual relationship now pays off in the future. So, you need to have a plan for your relationship as well." Pg. 17

The Chapters Include:

The Yin and the Yang of the KamaLoutra - Frank discussions on what men are sold rather than what the facts really are.

Safe Sensuality: Keeping You and Your Lady Protected - Did you realize one in every four Americans has an STD? This section is helpful for anyone who has an STD or doesn't want to get one.

Getting Her in the Mood - When is a woman the most ready? When are you? The times of the day will surprise you. While this is not an extensive chapter and you will want to think up many of your own romantic ideas, or find books on the subject, this does tell you the basics of how a female will respond. Everything from relaxation to engaging her five senses.

Awakening Her Body's Erogenous Zones - A checklist to fantastic foreplay and hints on foot massage.

Let Your Hands Delight Her - Diagrams galore and information men will love to know.

Leading a Woman to Rapture - Sex positions and secrets.

Assembling Your Tool Chest - She tells all and gives sources. She also tells which products are dangerous to use and gives information on the best products out there. I think her views on nonoxynol-9 is one sided because many women are enjoying this option.

Birth control pills might be worse for some women and I know many, many women who got pregnant on the pill. Hey, they either forgot to take it or it didn't work for them. I also didn't really know this spermicide could kill HIV and STDs in test tubes. However, she still warns it is not complete protection.

Capturing Miss O - Fact and Fiction. Which is which. What is the real experience and what to expect.

Nights of Nirvana - More sex positions and an honest explanation of what some consider to be forbidden. Who knew certain sex acts are actually still illegal in certain states. I felt Lou was very honest about the facts, you decide what you are willing to try.

What I loved are all the "Secrets from Lou's Archives." Especially what the word "Negligee" means. That was quite interesting. I will never think of lipstick the same way, that is for sure.

Looking for ideas for music? Lou gives her list of instrumental favorites. Most of them are New Age jazz.

So will buying this book, reading it and also putting the ideas into practice take your woman to a place of absolute pleasure? I think to be a master seducer you also need to add an equivalent of romantic knowledge. My thought really is, "give romance, get more sex." And that is all I have to say about that!

I think books by David Deida are going to give you a good idea of what women are thinking and what their hearts are craving in order to experience soul-merging sex. The act in itself is just a continuation of the romance she craves.

Lou has done her research. She knows all the technical details. Now all you have to do is add this knowledge to your sex tool box and then add the love and romance.

If you are a woman buying this book: Leave this book next to the remote control, ha, ha... ;) He might forget to watch TV for a few hours at least.

Read in one night for many nights of nirvana.

Summary: Doesn't live up to the title
Review: First of all I must say that I haven't really finished the whole book yet, and that's a symptom of the problem. I find the book, albeit the topic, quite boring. I agree with another review that the author tone is lectural and there are many fillers in each chapter. I haven't found anything new in this book either. This book might be okay if you are looking for one that has a broad coverage, but there's nothing new.

Summary: Worth it at any price
Review: This has got to be the best written book for a woman to give her man. This is a great book for any man who wants to please a woman, both as a gentleman and a lover.
Sometimes we get so comfortable in our married lives that we forget it is the little things that matter the most, like holding open a door or just putting your arms around her and holding her close.
This book gives voice to all those little gestures you would like to tell him you miss or that he never did.
Ladies, slip it under his pillow, or in his briefcase. You will be pleasantly surprised after he finishes this book.

Summary: Pretty Basic
Review: I just got married on New Year's Eve, and my mother-in-law (who is totally cool) gave me a big stack of sex-instruction books as a wedding present. This was one of them among the pile, which also included "5 Minutes to Orgasm Every Time," "Satisfaction" by Kim Kattral, "The Bedside Kama Sutra" by Linda Sonntag, "9 Free Secrets of New Sensual Power" by Clint Arthur, and "Secrets of Sensual Lovemaking" by Tom Leonardi. I took the whole lot with me to Hawaii on our honeymoon, studied them thoroughly, and from my bride's reaction to the things I put into good use during our ten days in the tropics, I got an "A" on the final exam.

So here's what I learned, and a few bits of advice I have for anyone who is searching this category in earnest for some self-help in the area of mastering the skills of making love and making a woman scream with sexual ecstasy. #)1 There really is a lot of information available on how to be a MUCH better lover. One would think that sex is just sex, and that all these books are just a bunch of hype, but it's just not true. There's thousands of years of education and study in this field, and it can make a dramatic difference. To get a little personal, my wife and I were by no means virgins when we got married -- in fact, we'd been having what we both considered to be GREAT sex together for almost three years of dating and being engaged. But after I read these books and put the lessons into action, UNBELIEVABLE FIREWORKS went off for her and me both. So picking the right book out of this bunch can be a worthy investment of your time and efforts

2) There is a big difference between these books. Some are written by women, others by men, some are just about how to give HER pleasure, others are about the COUPLE getting pleasure. Choose what you are going to order very carefully. I would say that if you are a woman wanting to give pleasure to a woman you should pick one of the books by a female author, and if you are a man (or buying this book for a man) you should get one of the books by a man. Even though the text may be directed toward men, and the information may be what women want men to know, it's easier for a man to relate and understand the messages when he's hearing it from a man. So, for the women seeking advice on how to pleasure a female lover, go for Kim Cattral's, Lou Paget's or Linda Sonntag's books. But for men wanting to learn how to give women pleasure, get Tom Leonardi's or Clint Arthur's book. Those guys really know what they're talking about.

#3) No matter what Lou Paget says in her fine book "How to Give Her Absolute Pleasure", while I do think that a woman's pleasure is central to the issue of Great Sex, I don't think it can or should exist in a vacuum. And many women (luckily for me, my wife included) ENJOY giving pleasure to men. And there's much breakthru information on that available here as well. As long as you are getting one of these books, you should factor that into the equation as well, which is available only in Clint Arthur's book. So think about that.

#4) Lastly, sex can be such a powerful force. It creates bonds of intimacy and communication between lovers, and it can even have a powerful impact on most areas of a person's life, including one's health, wealth, and overall level of fulfillment. It's an awesome part of leading a rich life, and with the proper respect and amount of study, huge impacts can be achieved. Which is why I really advise all the men and women to look seriously at "9 Free Secrets of New Sensual Power" as THE choice above all the others in this category. As far as information is concerned, it has everything you'll find in all the other books, plus a whole lot more. But more importantly, it has a whole-life perspective on sex that none of the others delivers, and that will change your life much more than even the GREAT sex it will teach you how to enjoy.

Summary: Ok men, get ready to make your woman drool!!!!
Review: Men, if you love your woman, get this book. Not only with you be pleased with the responses you will get from her, but she will go CRAZY. This book has it all. Lou Paget has been in this business for years, and im very glad that she finally made a book for us guys. For years, she told girls how to please us, and we were left in the dark with how to make their eyes roll in the back of their head. Well here it is.

In this book we get diagrams of different girls vaginas and it goes into how each one is different, and how to please each kind. Its great.

Thats right, before the sex even starts.

Dont pass this up guys.

Summary: A Major Disappointment
Review: I found this book very, very elementary and vague. Most of the chapters contain general information that have nothing to do with pleasing a woman. The rest of the book is about as useful as your typical men's magazine. I read this book from cover to cover in about 2 hours and it was certainly a waste of time and money.

Summary: Just what the title says!
Review: I bought this book for my husband, whose experience with the opposite sex is more limited than mine. He keeps it in his nighttable, and I'm positive he refers to it or reads it about every night, because his techniques -- and their effectiveness -- have improved dramatically! And ummm... that's all I can really say without getting too explicit!

Summary: How To Have The Best Sex Ever
Review: I got this book because I am in a constant quest for the best sex ever, and I had heard good things about the author. She does a lot of radio and tv shows promoting her books, and I think I saw her on one of the daytime shows. Unfortunately, I had two problems with this book that made me feel like it was a waste of money for me. First off, all of her material has been covered in other books. Now maybe not everyone is so experienced with the G-Spot as I am, but there was really nothing new here for me at all. In fact, I didn't even think she gave such a great explanation of what to do.

And secondly, I had a problem relating to the "tone" of the book because I felt like she was "lecturing" at me. Maybe it's just that I'm a guy and she's a woman, but it was tough to get through. For my money I'd suggest that if you're a guy you study some of the excellent books on this subject by guys, such as Tom Leonardi's "Secrets of Sensual Lovemaking" (which is pretty much only about the G-Spot) or Clint Arthur's super-cool "9 Free Secrets of New Sensual Power" which covers the G-Spot to the max but goes way beyond that into a whole system of Personal Power Enhancement using great sex to fuel the fires of life. It was cool.

Another really sexy book I loved and gotta mention is "Story of O" -- which isn't an instruction book, but rather a look into the world of S&M in Paris, and was really exciting for a guy like me to read because I've never been to Paris and I've never gotten into S&M before either.

Summary: How to Give Her Absolute Pleasure
Review: Wow alot has been written about this book. Its a must read. I was a little concerned when I read of a reviewer, to basically save the STD chapter. I found its only one chapter out of nine. Come on its a sex book. We need to keep hearing this over and over again. According to the US Center for Desease Control an example with AIDS presently 42 million people world wide are infected, 5 million became infected in 2002, over 3 million AIDS deaths worlwide. In a year 14 miilion children have been orphaned. 3 million comes out to 9,000 daily. I TAKE IT ALL TO HEART. Most of the women I've been with did not know about the G-spot. Lou starts off about a dinner party. The producer comes back with "We could use it too". Not everyone is going to agree but the numbers do not lie.
