Summary: Very Powerful, Sophisticated, Healing Program - Brilliant!!!
Review: I'm very impressed by this imagery, the way it uses rich images and breathing (we with FMS are oxygen-starved!!), accurate physiology, and very sensitive attunement to the emotional and psychological issues we "crocks" with fibromyalgia suffer from! I found it almost exhilarating, to listen to this imagery. It was both both calming and energizing. I've been listening to it every night before I go to bed, and my sleep is much sounder. I also try to get to it at least once during the day. I already feel the difference, and it's only been about 6 weeks. I have much more energy and much more hope I'll lick this miserable condition!!
