Review: I HAVE ON MY BOOKSHELF ALL OF CLIVE CUSSLER'S BOOKS, MANY I READ OVER AND OVER. FLOOD TIDE IS GOING TO BE ONE OF MY FAVORITES.

Summary: Eh, it was exiciting ans all, but just the same old stuff
Review: I've read a couple of Cussler novers such as Shock wave,Titanic, Inca gold and Cyclops. This book just wasn't very fresh. It had all the same old predictable outcomes for every 100 man on Dirk battle. If you are new to Cussler, I sugest reading it, but if your just finnished your sixth Cussler, it's not much to behold.

Review: Floodtide was the first Clive Cussler novel that I have read,and it has convinced me to read more! I liked the characters (definite parallel to James Bond characters), and the numerous plot twists within the story. I also appreciated Mr. Cussler's attention to detail in describing locations and certain mechanical devices related to deep-sea diving. I am looking foreward to the nextDirk Pitt novel with great anticipation.

Review: Just so happens that I live within 10 miles of the locationwhere the ocean liner event takes place. Great detail and research on local area!!!! Always been a great fan of Mr. Cussler since "Raise the Titanic". This novel does nothing to change my opinion!! A MUST READ

Review: After Shockwave (a disappointing Dirk Pitt novel) and SeaHunters (non-fiction book about ship wrecks), I was a bit hesitant to read Clive's newest. Fortunately, I took the chance and was rewarded with a fun story. Sure...you have to suspend your disbelief at times, but it was all great fun and more like the Clive Cussler of old.
