Review: Feeling Fine Affirmations by Louise L. Hay is exactly what it states. If you have a very poor self image or low self confidence, this CD could be a great help, if you are in the right frame of mind to be relaxed and receptive. She simply and softly speaks positive affirmations to help you learn to have good mental messages to yourself in order to be healthy physically and emotionally and to reduce stress. However, if you are already a positive and happy person, the CD's could make you feel as if you are learning to decline a verb!

Review: There were no positive affirmatioms on side one as stated on the cover. Both sides consisted of subliminal music. I was really disappointed.
