Rating: Summary: Intrigue and romance Review: Robert Ludlum is one of my 3 favorite authors. He transcends the gender factor in all of his books. I got my son (33 years old) reading his books and even he enjoys the little bit of romance Ludlum puts in his books. The suspense of the plots keep me on the edge of my chair. I work 8-5 Monday through Friday and have often still been reading when my alarm would go off. I have a hard time doing anything else when I have one of his books.
Rating: Summary: OK...Where's the rest of the book? Review: The book in general was spectacular, the story was drawn out just a little bit, but it was a great book. My only question: Where is the sequel?!?!?!? Once you read the book you will find that a sequel is necessary, but it doesn't exist, so no 5 out of 5 for Ludlum this time.
Rating: Summary: Another winner Review: What is not to like about this book? It has probably the best hero in all of Ludlumville - Evan Kendrick. The story of the Middle East is intriguing and the action and conclusion are near perfection. This is one of those books in which I enjoyed the changing of the settings with the chapters. Also, as another reviewer has written, it is really more than one book - each of which could have been flushed out to a story of its own. There is not a lot of fluff in this one despite its size.
