Review: These audio cassettes were the only reason I got an A- in Property! I can't recommend these tapes highly enough. Every concept from present possessory estates all the way through the dreaded Rule Against Perpetuities is covered. Professor Carpenter breaks down every concept into very understandable terms. The outline that comes with the tapes has a lot of great hypos and is worth the purchase price alone. Its really a helpful tool for anyone who struggles with the concepts introduced in future interests.
