Review: I recomend to read this book because it is talking about some famuse people who solved the big problem with sea, and descripe how they developed from telescope when Galeleo built it to compss and the watch descovered how Harrison made the firest whtch then how the watch solve the Longitude problem.

Review: The First chapter of the book is boring; however, the book gets more interesting by each chapter. The book is will organized. What I liked about the book is how John Harrison was hard worker, and believed of his idea to the last second of his life. This story is so interesting that I have never got bored of reading it. As an international student I recommend it to all people.

If you search some words which you don't understand in the dictionary, you will be amausing the book. Came back to korea I would like to teach this book to my students. Summary: how interesting to know something I have never thought !
Review: I'm an international student, so I took an intensive english program at CSU where I read it for my homework. Actually I couldn't understand many word's meening, but I am very glad to read it. I could know about longitude history which I have never thought about. Additionally, it includes science history as well as other general information like historical persons, politics and so on. Eventough it's about science history, it was not difficult to understand the story. If you are finding something interesting, I recomend this book to you!

Review: In my opinion the book has alot of new information about the clock that you can see any one of us wearing it daily to organize our scadule . so It tells us about this creative scientist of spent his all life to come up with this great invation . also the problem of the longitutde which costs them alot of money , souls. THe main thing in it that it show us the steps the hard work on to firgure out or make the precise clock that will slove the problem . Review: i'm an international student.Well, i read the book and i found it interesting, but i had some problems with the words.At the first it was hard to understand nad it wasn't that bad. so i think that you should read this book it's really interesting and it explained the clocks and who invented them.
