Summary: Listening to This The Smartest Thing You Can Do!!
Review: This is a miraculous program of 4 exercises. I've been working with the first three, all of which help with trying to get pregnant, and keep you calm and steady in spite of the indignities of IVF. The affirmations are brilliant. I am struggling with both fibromyalgia and with trying to conceive. This program has been a godsend to me. My husband says I'm not the same woman I was 3 months ago, and a good thing too!! I was a lunatic!!
