Summary: Gentle Rouge
Review: I've read every Johanna Lindsey Book written so far, and I've enjoyed this one the most. Georgina is a fiesty heorine and James a perfect companion for her. Where many Johanna Lindsey books involve a villian of some sort, the only thing really standing the James and Georgina's way is James and Georgina (and Georgina's five brothers.) It is beneficial to read the previous book in the series, Tender Rebel, to truly appreciate the characters, but the book can be enjoyed even without the background information.

Summary: I was really mislead by previous reviews on this story
Review: I've read all of Kathleen Woodiwiss' books and most of Rosemary Rogers' books. Johanna Lindsey is about 2 levels below these two authors as far as originality, adventure and steammy, sexy love scenes. I did laugh out loud during the cabin bath scene, but that was about it. James was an English aristocratic snob along with the rest of his family of whom I found hard to warm to. Georgina was predictable along with all of her brothers. The ending was a complete let down. It really didn't make much sense and seemed like the author's time was up and had to deliver to the publisher.

Summary: I LOVE this family!
Review: This Mallory novel is absolutely fantastic! I love reading the series and I'm proud to say I have them all. No matter how many times I read them, they still get to me and I enjoy ALL of the novels. Johanna Lindsey is one of the best literary romance *genious* of this century! =)

Summary: #3 in the Mallory Series
Review: James, the black sheep and former pirate of the family, has met his match in the youngest sibling and only daughter of the American sea-faring Anderson family. Georgiana has come to England to find the man who was to marry her. Unfortunately, he has already married someone else. After she and her companion are robbed, Georgie and Mac must earn their passage home by working on James Mallory's ship. Disguised as a boy, Georgie is hired on to be James' cabin boy. But James recognizes her as the woman in disguise that he and his brother ran into previously. (See "Tender Rebel") He decides to play along with her, never realizing that his attraction to her is growing. Meanwhile, Georgie is more and more drawn to the roguish captain. Could she make it home before he discovers her deception?

Georgie is a delightful and wonderful character. I liked her right off the bat. James is.. well, James is every woman's fantasy. Handsome, sexy, strong, brave, and irresistable. Together they are magnificent! One of Lindsey's best!

Summary: Absolutely...THE BEST!
Review: It's been years since I originally read this book and I still think it's one of THE BEST romance novels around. I remember speed reading through this book when it came out.

Georgie is the type of heroine that I love... spunky, intelligent and not afraid to stand up for herself. James is the embodiment of the perfect hero...hunky, intelligent and a sense of humor that just doesn't stop! The interactions between the Mallory clan and Anderson siblings are priceless. Anyone reading this book can't help but include it on their top 5 list. It's #1 on my list! JL is a tremendous writer and I think this is the "jewel" in her collection. I don't know how many times I reread this book but I will certainly be picking it up again in the near future..."you may depend upon it!"

Summary: A series you must read!!
Review: This is only one of five stories written about the Malory family, and they are so wonderful you will reread them again and again. I have read this book at least twenty times from front to back. It is the kind of book that, once you've read it once, you can pick it up, turn to any page, and enjoy it from there. You will savor each book and can only hope Ms. Lindsey writes more about them. The charachters are so wonderful, I feel like I am part of the family. A MUST READ!

Summary: The best of Lindsey's books! Wonderful!
Review: I loved this book ! It was the first JL book I had read and I think it's her best one . I fell in love with James Malory of course! And the chemistry between him and Georgie was great. And it was actually funny in parts throughout the book and made me laugh. All around I loved it and I read it again and again. I can't wait for Jeremy to get his own story!

Summary: LOVED IT!
Review: This is the best Malory book in the series in my opinion! I fell in love with James and Georgie. The story is great! And even funny at times! Must read for fans of "pirate" type romances. Georgie is no weak female and James is no overbearing male, they fit together perfect. I wish I knew them in real life! Definately not a dissapointment!
