Review: What a cool book! Not only does it give you the spiritual & scientific underpinnings to change your perspective on your body's health & biological age, it gives you practical things to do that really make a difference in how you feel. Some of the recommendations were a bit fanciful - like eating dinner every night before 7 pm (as a New Yorker, we don' t even make reservations for anything earlier than 8 pm), but the parts on getting a better night's sleep and meditating were extremely helpful.

If you're looking to make a healthier change for the better in your life, I definitely recommend checking this book out
