Summary: A book you should read!
Review: I recommend everyone who is interested in reincarnation and pastlive-regression this book. It is not only so well because of the information but also because of Michael Newtons scientifical, critical and serious method of interviewing regressed people. But questions will remain. For example: How much are the reports influenced by religious believes? What would Muslims, Buddhists, Atheists, Hindus etc. tell when being regressed? What is exactly meant with the "source" (sometimes the regressed people call it also "God")? What about reincarnation of animals, the suffering of pigs, vegeterism and so on? There are much more open questions I had when reading that book, but I don't remember them all right now because I read it one year ago. The meaning of life becomes clearer with this book but still isn't satisfying for a critical man. If anyone who remembers his past can tell me the meaning of life I would be very grateful! Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed this book. One of the best Ive ever read
Review: This book changed how I view challenges and how I cope with others and how they affect my life. It makes you look at death from a different perspective. When faced with a crisis, you will handle it in a new way, with a more objective stand point instead of letting the crisis consume your life

Summary: What an awesome and enlightening book!
Review: I study Metaphysics since about 4 years ago, and I was searching for a comprehensive study of the process of reincarnation, and all of a sudden I found this book, and could not stop reading it!, It is the most enjoyable piece of metaphysics I have read these years, as it provides an awesome view of what happens between lives (wich every serious Metaphysics student has asked anytime). I would give it an 11 if it were on the rating

Summary: An important and powerful book
Review: It speaks to our soul and validates all of the things that happen at the edge of our reality here on earth. You finally realize who it is that has been whispering to you all these years and why they always seem to know what is best for you.

Summary: This book gives me peace of mind and renewed energy.
Review: When the weight of day to day working/surviving in the corporate madhouse gets to much and I need a break, this book brings back a sense of perspective. Thank you Michael - are there any more of your books out there?

Summary: Indespensible Book on Past Lives and Reincarnation
Review: Having been a student of metaphysics for over 5 years, I have searched through many tomes in search of "answers". Never has a book touched me, the way "Journey of the Souls" has. It is written sincerely and intelligently answers many questions that have boggled my mind since I became interested in reincarnation. This book should be required reading to any who are even vaguely curious about the concept of reincarnation. The book does something that very few other pieces of work can: it transforms

Summary: A "MUST READ" for anyone interested in spirituality!
Review: I have never before believed in reincarnation until I read this book. I was convinced that after we all die, that is the end of it. We all go to heaven and live their the rest of our spiritual lives. This book is INCREDIBLE! I have suggested it highly to all of my friends who are interested in spirituality books. I CANNOT say enough about this book! I have just about every spirituality/occult/paranormal book there is. Either that, or I have seen/reviewed most of them. This book IS a "MUST HAVE" for your personal library. Once you pick it up to read it, you will not be able to put it back down. HIGHLY SUGGESTED BOOK!

Summary: DO NOT MISS THIS BOOK!
Review: There are SO many "new age" books out there you have to wade through alot of crap to find the gems. I had run across this book before but Llewelyn spares no amount of money to design terrible book covers that I passed it over twice before hearing the author on the Art Bell show. Many of the books I've come across dealing with life between incarnations dealt with "angels, ascended masters, ascension" and alot of terms that just plain make me sick. When people HAVE near death experiences they don't have spirits running up to them claiming to be an angel or otherwise. This ia a nuts and bolts look at what we do and plan between lives. Don't get me wrong, its full of stories of love and spiritual adventure but without any of the flakiness we find in so many books of this type. This book stands alone as well grounded and researched and incredibly lucid in its explorations of who we really are. After reading this work and you happen to be having a bad week you'll be a little more tolerant of life knowing what you've been exposed to here. I just wish that god awful cover on the book were professionally designed (I design book covers....) as it sure won't sell whats inside

Summary: A remarkable spiritual journey to the meaning of life.
Review: A must read for anyone wondering or pondering with the idea of the purpose of human presence here on Earth, adds a sense of true indentity and value regardless of your religious background. A follow up book is badly needed to include additional case studies in order to cover more questions still unanswered.

Summary: View of life between earthly lives
Review: If you're a bag man for the Mob, you won't understand this book. And if you're Mother Teresa you won't need this book. Everyone else might want to take a look at it. This is a book I would recommend to anyone whose spiritual path has taken them into the realm of past life regression. I came at this field obliquely, as the result of a near-death experience 12 years ago, and what I would once have haughtily dismissed as flakey moonbeam drivel, I now see as astonishingly valid, insightful, lucid, and real. After my appetite was whetted by Brian Weiss's fine hypnotic regression studies, Raymond Moody's NDE work, Ian Stevenson's reincarnation biology monographs, and dozens of first person accounts of experiences beyond the norm, I went in search of a book that would reveal and clarify something more of the processes and purposes of reincarnation. This was the book I found. And I've found it particularly satisfying. Newton is a psychiatrist who clearly and compassionately explains what happened during his regressive hypnotherapy sessions when patients were brought to a place between their lives on earth, a place in which the meaning of previous lives could be pondered and new lives chosen. For anyone hoping with voyeuristic intent to chart the geography of heaven or the mechanics of levels beyond this one, Journey of Souls will at least add some data points to your research. It might also be useful as a kind of emotional primer for anyone contemplating undergoing the process of hypnotic regression. But the book is really meant, I think, as a guide to the perplexed - a fascinating glimpse into a realm of soulmates, teachers, life lessons, and striving toward the ideals of a good and useful existence. If your view of the afterlife has been limited by doctrine or dogma, this volume might help pry your mind out of its shell. And if your karma has already run over your dogma, you'll be delighted to find someone else has been posting signs on the road ahead of you. Highly recommended.
