Summary: A must read!
Review: A wonderful, entertaining, humorous and profound book. The messages it conveys in its short essays are sometimes wry, poignant, yet also very spiritual. In a few words: FUN, FUN, FUN!

Summary: This unique book will give you a positive reaction to life!
Review: This "new" book has received wonderful comments as of yet. It is one of those books that makes you want to be a laugha-holic, it also evokes a response on our way of life. In it, I have written some, about the strangest things, those that not many writers have written about yet, (at least, not to my knowledge)and that is the way I present these essays to you here. While writing this book, I realized that I was not the only one sitting on my tushi on this planet...that was hard to swallow. I hope you enjoy the book as I have enjoyed writing it.

Regards,

Yvonne Straus

Summary: Fun for the road
Review: This book on tape is incredible. I had a wonderful time listening to the stories.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Full of fun and some great surprises!
Review: Yvonne Straus' book is a little jewel and a delight. Her stories are written in her unique voice with a combination of sincerity, poetry and her own individualized use of English, her second language. Some of the stories are light and funny, others carry you along and then surprise you with an ending that leaves you pondering the ways we all relate to each other, the choices we make in life. The illustrations, too, are fun and unique. This is the kind of book I like to pick up and read a selection here, a selection there. I always find something to satisfy the moment.
