Review: Most books I've read about meditation have come up short. The directory in the back is extensive, and I'm sure very helpful to many people. Ram Dass is a wonderful human being (not to mention a little far out) and he's a good inspiration to people who feel as if they are trying too late in their lives to exerience life fully.

Review: This book truly is for anyone. It's loaded with references of Jesus Christ to Zenrin. Ram Dass shows there are no rules on which path to take. Even if you're not interested in meditation this book can help you see things in a new light. I've read this book about four times and it's brought a terrific calm to my life.
