Review: Belleruth Naparstek is highly skilled at using guided imagery to help asthma patients! I've been a chronic asthma sufferer all of my life and have found comfort by using these tapes. I remember one time in particular when I was having a very hard time breathing even after using my medication. I decided to try the tape and it really helped calm me down. Of course, I wouldn't recommend it in asthmatic trauma situations, but it definately helps when a potential cause for an attack is stress-related. The tapes help guide your mind to healing the body and helps you concentrate on calming things. I would definately recommend this tape to any asthma sufferer!
