Summary: Helps me experience and move past my grief and loneliness
Review: In the gentle, warm environment that is created when I play this tape, I am able to feel and release my grief the way I do when I'm lucky enough to have a very loving and understanding friend to comfort me. I feel understood and less alone and I am guided to move past the type of thinking that keeps me locked in grief and move toward a different, wonderful perspective of wholeness, growth, healing, support and spirituality (the last one because that is my inclination). I cannot recommended highly enough.
