Summary: Taking Flight
Review: I have not listened to both tapes....as a matter of fact I've only gotten through the first side of the first tape because I am pressed for time, but I think this is an excellent double tape warm-up so far. I can't wait to get through the entire thing. She really focuses on the importance of breath and she makes you really comfortable with experimenting. I have not found a vocal coach in the windy city that can help me with improvisation and I found this tape by accident...or maybe not. It's worth every cent.
