Summary: Makes Reading Fun -- Recommended to Parents & Librarians
Review: Fun reading for third and fourth graders. Parents (or teachers) and kids can take turns reading aloud about the adventures of good Little Wolf as he learns to be a big, bad wolf. The character is really endearing. The illustrations and map are great. We're waiting for the next installment due out May 2000.

Summary: It will make your kids laugh
Review: How do you become a big, bad wolf? Why, go to Big Bad Wolf College, of course! Our 2nd grade book club thoroughly enjoyed this funny book. It is written entirely in letter form - letters home from Little Wolf - about his adventures going to Cunning College to learn from his Uncle Bigbad. The kids enjoyed finding the misspelled words and the words Little Wolf made up to end his letters, which gave his parents an idea of how his day had gone, e.g. "Yours sorebottomly". Girls & boys liked it equally well - almost all of them gave it 5 stars. Is Little Wolf destined to become a Big Bad Wolf? You'll have to read it to find out!

Summary: We loved it!
Review: I bought this book and the other in the series for my nephew. He loves them! The map in the front allows him to follow Little Wolf's travels. My nephew is only 5 and an unusually good reader for his age. We began reading it together and soon he was reading it on his own because he did not see me often enough. The book bridged the gap between simple picture books and easy readers, to the Harry Potter level. It was a real page turner for him! We both wish there were more in the series!
