Summary: STRAPPING YOUTH!
Review: The soundtrack is classical music and not always well edited, that's my only complaint. After listening for about 3 weeks I noticed a change; I felt stronger and happier. It's now a year later but I still ocassionally listen to this title. You can sometimes hear a whispered affirmation or two in your right ear. I recommend this to everyone who wants to rejuvenate themselves, even to world-weary teenagers!
