The book is probably very good, but the ABRIDGED audio is so short that you only get an idea of what the book is about.
Don't waste your money. There's no "meat" to this audio.

Review: This audio CD does not stand-alone very well, but used as a review of the material presented in the UNABRIDGED version it is fantastic. Buy the UNABRIDGED version first and foremost, for it is fabulous. Then, based upon your desire to be able to quickly review the topics presented, get this version as well.
