Review: I would certainly recommend this book to anyone that is overly obese 100lbs.or more overweight as I am. I could not think of money spent more wisely and it works.I have nothing but praise and gratitude to Dr. Nick Yphantides and his miraculous story.He has been there and knows the struggles of weight loss and the emotions carried with it.
