Rating: Summary: Three highly spiritual talents combine Review: Cherie Larkin wrote the script for this deeply devotional and spiritual tape; Michael Moran who was the reader on one of the Daily Word tapes is also the reader here; and Coco Ramos, who performs on the Inner Time, Inner tempo tape provides the musical background. The result is a tape which can be used to aid meditation, whether you use it in the morning at sunrise, or evening at sunset, or bedtime or whenever. Many of the thoughts are scriptural, and they are all spiritually uplifting, suitable for the beginning, the middle, or the end of day.
Rating: Summary: Comforting, Inspirational, Wonderful Review: God's Promises is one of the most comforting, helpful and soothing reminders of God's love that I have ever heard. If you are feeling depressed, alone or abandoned, God's Promises can help transform your life. I highly recommend it, no matter what is happening in your life.
Rating: Summary: Feel the powerful assurance of God whenever you need it. Review: When you're feeling helpless and vulnerable, this is the tape to help you get back on your feet. Here's an inspirational and motivational words of God from scriptures to remind you of His perpetual and unconditional Love for you. Cherie Larkin has put together exactly what I would've personally chosen if and when I need the assurance from the scriptures. The calming voice of Michael Moran is perfect, though not necessarily the voice of God, but after several quiet moments of listening, you'd be convinced that God is personally talking to you -- The feeling of comfort and strength surges thru incredibly beyond belief knowing that whatever you are currently going thru, God is always there for you. God's own words from the scriptures come alive in "God's Promises".If you travel a lot like me, you'd find the audible.com version of this tape remarkably convenient, I was able to load it on my PPC without the extra bulk that goes with cassette & tape player (the audible.com version can also be played on your laptop/PC by your choice of either MediaPlayer, RealPlayer, or Audible Desktop Player).
