Summary: loved this book
Review: ....I love Diana Palmer's style and I decided to give the book a try... . I loved it and really enjoyed the characters. I like the values that the women have in her books. There are some authors who female characters are so [cheap] now that I can't even relate or read them anymore. My favorite thing about Diana Palmer is that her characters have real emotions and aren't perfect and they find love anyway sort of like real life in that respect.

Review: I debated about buying this book. I am a Diana Palmer fan, but recently I felt her books has been lacking. I bought this book and read it in one day. I thought the story started too fast and the heroine was giving too much away in the beginning. However, I under estimated Ms. Palmer and she kept me intrigue throughout the book and I couldn't put it down. What I've enjoyed most about this story is that I always feel the hero and heroine are always fighting but in the end they fall head over heels in love. This story touch me like no other I've read from Diana Palmer. The characters took the time to communicate and develop a friendship and oneness that eventually give rise to a great love, dedication and protectiveness from both side. I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK WITH ALL MY HEART. Diana, Thanks for making my day and this has become one of my favorites to share with friends and read again and again.

Summary: Great Book, one of Diana Palmer's best Romances
Review: I have truly enjoyed Lord of the Desert, the story is captivating. I first read about Philippe Sabon (the Sheik) in Once in Paris and I became curious about his story. Gretchen and Philippe Sabon also appear briefly in Texas Ranger (Marc Brannon's story) as a married couple. Gretchen Brannon is a great heroine, couragous and with a big heart. And the love she has for Philippe Sabon is so powerful that makes dreams come true! Definitely a keeper!

Summary: Girl got it goin' on!
Review: I read this book in one day. It was so good that I couldn't put it down. The romance was there all the way. You had the handsome sheikh and the lovable texas girl. Diana Palmer will definitely be added to my list of good authors. If you want to read about a woman that knows how to handle herself in a dangerous situation, get this book. The women in this book got it made, the men just don't know it yet.

Summary: Philip and Gretchen Perfect for each other
Review: Lord Of the Desert is a book that I highly recommend to fans of diana Palmer books and also those that may have not read her books. Philip and Gretchen are great characters because she made Gretchen strong, she was willing to stand up for what she thought was good and willing to fight and support Philip because she loved him. Gretchen speaks her mind and isn't afraid that it will shock people. This was great for Philip because he finally found his match. Someone who didn't care about any physical defects he might have and this helped Philip with some residual emotional problems stemming what happened to him nine years previous. Also if you've read the Once In Paris & Paper Rose, Diana Palmer updates you on those characters as well. I HIGHLY recommend this book. It's worth the read.

Review: When I first heard of this book I couldn't wait to buy it. When I finally found it I read it all in three hours! "Lord of the desert' delivers page turing suspense and the maximum love tension. Gretchen Brannon went with her freind Maggie Barton the Qawi to take on jobs with the Sheikh Philippe Sabon. But when Maggie is called back to the states Gretchens left alone to fill in maggies place. She runs into a handsome man who shows her all around the city and answers all of her questions. They started to grow to love each other when a deadly assain comes back to take revenge on the Sheihk. To Gretchens suprise she is whisked away to a huge house with the best protection for herself as well as her new friend. Whose really the Sheihk himself. This is a great read if you want suspense and sizziling love. This book is funny as well has romantic.

Review: When I read the customer reviews I wasn't certain that I would bother with this book. I decided to give it a go and was more than pleased. It carried me away. I was completely lost in the story in short order and enjoyed every engrossing page. I hope that Diana Palmer will write more stories as emotional and engaging as this one.
