Review: Working with this tape and the three other shame tapes by Lazaris helped me heal the migrane headaches that I had suffered from since childhood. I cannot begin to descibe how debilitating these migranes were, nor how much freedom and hope I have now that I no longer get them.

I will be forever grateful to Lazaris for the guidance, the tools, and the immensity of love and healing he enabled me to receive through these tapes. I think that the shame tapes contain some of the most valuable information many of us could ever hear.
