Summary: 2004 Election Campaign show's she's right
Review: This book is fun reading because, as pasionate as Coulter is, her bulldog attacks are done with a smile on her face. In other words, her tone can be outrageous but, I think she is cogizant of just how over the top her style is and, therefore, the book is a hoot to read. If you ever see Coulter on TV, she talks in the same tone and manner that she writes in but, there is always a smile and twinkle in her eye.

One of the main slanders that she cites is the one that lables conservatives as stupid. This slander was applied to other conservatives as well, most notably Ronald Reagan. Fortunately, Reagan proved them wrong. George W. Bush has degrees from both Yale and Harvard. Al Gore, on the other hand, obtained a degree from Harvard with a grade point average similar to Bush's. On the graduate level, Gore was a failure. Somehow, however, Bush was the one who considered stupid by the left. A problem developed for the left; Bush was decicive and clear in his response to terrorism. Therefore, the attacks changed to his being somewhat evil as he unilaterally ditched allies to obtain his nefarious goals. When the insurgency in Iraq dragged on, the left was delighted because, proving Coulter's premise to be correct, they got to fall back on their old position that Bush is an idiot.

Fortunately, a majority of voters did not buy the slander and reelected Bush. After successful elections in Iraq (much to the left's consternation) they will have to regroup in finding new slanders. I think, that this book, for the most part, is on target and, whether you agree with Coulter or not, it is certainly entertaining

Summary: A book with a whole lot of nothing in it.
Review: Finally there is a book by Ann that has toilet paper potential.
Until Ann gains some intelligence we wont have any shortage of it.
Can Ann make a single paragraph without the use of the word "Liberals"?
Knowledge is undoubtedly something she lacks since this book has no real points.

Books like these are meant to be entertainment for the ignorant.
Unlike others of her age Ann's behaviour is really immature and unprofessional.
She is very narrow minded and conciders all against Bush to be idiots.
Hence all she does is argue like a child calling everyone "Liberals".

Summary: Could have been Joseph G's protegee...
Review: Being European, I was interested in how this promoter of peace and understanding between the nations was judging the world at large. Alas, what I found was a racist, xenophobic, queer bashing imperialist who lacks the intelligence of Michael Moore and, more inportantly, his humanity and compassion. Her opinions about the Middle East and Europe have already been quoted by other reviewers, therefore I won't repeat them here. There can only be one conclusion as to why this woman is so full of hate: Poor thing couldn't make it in 1930's Germany, which is why she has to take out all her anger and frustation on her liberal fellow Americans as well as us commie-loving Europeans. I'm sure this bleached blonde with her Aryan good looks would have made it big within a certain party that ran my country for 12 atrocious years. Although it's not known whether Joseph Goebbels was into anorexic broads, he certainly would have appreciated Ms.Coulter's vileness and natural talent for demagoguery. This book is only for those who are unable to think for themselves and thus need a "strong hand" to help them form a political opinion.

Summary: Slander is an apt title
Review: I have never read such absolute nonsense before in my life. Ann Coulter's new book is so incredibly poorly researched that it is painful. After being repeatedly called out on her outright lies in the book, one would think she would have the common decency to offer the public (and those slandered within the book) an apology. The chapter in Al Franken's book regarding this woman is highly entertaining, and better researched than her book. I would carry on, but "slander" does not deserve any more of my time.

Summary: The best Jingoist Nazi Blonde Bombshell rhetoric ever
Review: Lately I've been reading books by conservatives in order to better "know the enemy." I read Ann Coulter's book with a pretty open mind, and I can see some validity in her arguments. What she presents about liberal politicians and journalists seems pretty convincing. While I don't agree with her saying they are liars, it does seem pretty evident that many on the left frame things in a misleading way (cough...Michael Moore...cough).

My main problem with her book, and many other conservative arguments, is that all she does is provide reasons to hate Liberals. I am now more cynical towards people who supposedly represent my beliefs, but her book does not make me love Conservatives any more than I did before.

Coulter is guilty of doing the same thing she accuses liberals of doing, name calling. She doesn't attack issues that liberals stand for, she just attacks prominant people who supposedly stand for the Left. I don't think this will help her to convert new people, but then again, she's probably not trying to.

This is a book written for people who already are die-hard Conservatives and will eat up everything she says as more proof that they are right. A good author, like a good debater, can be biased toward one side of an argument, but still be able to see the strengths of the other side. Unfortunately, most political writers, both Left and Right, don't know how to do this, including Ms. Coulter.

Summary: excellent, accurate, and informative
Review: This is yet another WINNING book from Miss Coulter. For an additional dose of libel simply read the hate based reviews here on amazon. wooooh, the stench of intolerance is overwhelming...

The world would be a much better place without liberalism.

Summary: Where's the Truth???
Review: Ann Coulter wouldn't know the truth if it walked up and slapped her in the face. She takes small tid bits of information and tries to fill in around it. What she can't use to make her point she makes up. If this is who the conservatives are turning to for their views? Then God help us all.
