Summary: interesting if a bit dated
Review: This is the story of the author's journey in search of the truth about the Shroud of Turin. His personal experiences are interspersed with historical data. Wilcox interviews experts in every relevant field and opts for authenticity. The book was published before carbon dating was done but poimts out possible problems with this technique. An updated edition, addressing finding since 1977, would be nice, and skeptics won't be convinced but overall not a bad book.
