Summary: Taschen excellence!
Review: As usual Taschen gives good value! This was the first book I read about C. R. Mackintosh, which is indeed an amazing character, and one of the initiators of modernism. I ended up travelling to Glasgow to see some of Mackintosh fascinating interiors and buildings. Go there! The book is easily read, with gorgious pictures, and a good introduction. By the same authors, I also recommand "20th century design", which I believe is going to be published in the States in a short while.
