Summary: FASCINATING!!!!
Review: I happened upon this book one day and just thought it would be interesting and indeed it was!!! This book provides an intimate look at the goings on in the lives of some of Hollywood's most famed stars. I really think this book is fun to llook through. By reading it, I have become a buff on Hollywood affairs and, though I usually would find such a subject matter in poor taste, I think, no matter what anyone says, that this book is worth reading and enjoying!

Summary: ENTERTAINING OVER AND OVER AGAIN
Review: Maybe we don't know "the sources" for sure, and maybe there are some mistakes....for example in the Christina Onassis profile, they placed a photograph of someone else not Christina's...but it's sort of a "guilty pleasure", not to read the book, 'cos its more like a "Gossip Encyclopaedia" of the lives of many prominent women, mainly actresses, so you can read about Jean Arthur and then Gloria Vanderbilt, or whatever....it's not a "lineal" reading. I've read gossip books related to the Hollywood affairs before, notably both "Hollywood Babylon's" by Anger, but this book brings us a new concept and format, along with its companion volume "Did He, Didn't He". Especially older people will get a kick out of reading about certain intimacies and misseries of many of their silver-screen idols. Gossip with capital G, but very entertaining and "addictive".

Review: This is a fantastic book tells all about the personal lives of many of Hollywood's leading women, past and present. Find out who loved whom, who was despised and who cheated on their spouses. Also read about out who had a sense of humor, who was difficult to work with and some of the strange experiences these women had. Some of the women featured are Elizabeth Taylor, Lauren Bacall, Vivien Leigh, Grace Kelly, Bette Davis, Marlene Dietrich, Demi Moore, Greta Garbo, Mary Pickford, Meryl Streep and many others! Highly recommended! Also recommended is the companion to this book, "Did He or Didn't He?"
