Review: So often 'celebrity' autobiographies are tremendously disappointing. In fact, you probably wouldn't expect too much from some girl who was a succesful model forty years ago...BUT...you'd be wrong. This is a really top notch autobiography. She writes with an honesty and intimacy that draws you in from start to finish.

Jean Shrimpton, like so many who had sudden stardom and massive international success, during the 'Swinging London' era, has an interesting story to tell. She tells it with wit, intelligence and good humour.
