Follwing the many adventures of an amazing woman whos heart is bigger than her equally big body, the book starts with her poor upbringing in Oklahoma to running her now legendary restaurants in Northern California. Juanitas generosity with people and animals was legendary as the size of the portions of food she served. Do read this book, even if you dont know of her. Just an inspiring, resilient, and fantastic lady. I just wish sometime we could just spend one afternoon with her.
