Summary: Review of major works
Review: This is a concise and copiously illustrated paperback survey of all major buildings and projects from 1911 to 1973 published under ISBN: 1874056803 and 376081408 on only 176 pages in English. After the analyses on 30 pages, each of the presented 58 of a total of 250 works is headed by a description from just a few lines to over a page long followed by from one to several illustrations depending on the scope of work. All of probably over 300 sketches, plans, sections, B&W photos of a good quality are superbly crisp and perfectly legible. At the end of this book, there are several pages with biography, selected bibliography, list of works, etc. Like all from the Studio Paperback series, it is a solid illustrated book among architectural monographs even of a greater size.
