Review: Larkin captures the heart-thumping thrill of world exploration with surgical precision. One can only assume that she has the heart of an explorer to have been able to capture the mind of John Cabot so utterly. She is our generation's Boswell, only with the lyric sensibility of a true poet. A must-read.
