Summary: POORLY WRITTEN, UNSUBSTANTIAL CONTENT; ONE OF THE WORST
Review: This woman, "Dr. Sterling," has proven that anyone can write and publish a book. The book, by its title, leads the reader to believe it will actually have some information on the stripping industry and the people who inhabit it. It is sprinkled with some of this information, but most of it is emotional testimony of her favorite customers and least favorite. Additionally, this amateur litters the book with stories of her newfound profession, that of a psychologist. If I wanted memoirs of a psychologist, I would have bought that book! In her unending defense of psychologists, she claims repeatedly that psychologists are extremely intelligent, they go through countless hours of schooling, internships, and training, and have earned the title comparable to medical doctor. But, Dr. Sterling, if this is, in fact, true, why can you not write one coherent sentence? This is the worst part of the book. It is filled with mispellings, poor grammar, fragments, poor word choices, and other inferior writing that leads one to believe it may very well be written by an 8 year old. Have you ever heard of an editor, Dr. Sterling? The constant mistakes make this book a difficult read, as the distractions of someone who cannot write are endless. Overall, it is not informative, it is beyond poorly written, and it was a complete waste of my time. I would reccomend this book to no one, except possibly an English teacher who needs material for his/her students to edit. Ridiculous waste of money and time.
