Summary: A wonderful book about dedicated "caregivers" in harm's way
Review: I have never read a history book which was so spell binging. I had trouble putting it down once I started reading it. There are numerous accounts of courageous people & their personal experiences in dealings with life. It is a very moving account of history that anyone can enjoy reading.

Review: If one is looking for excellent role models and hero's of the last century this is the book for you. I picked it up and had trouble putting it down. Some wonderful accounts of truly dedicated professional nurses who devoted their lives in service to their country. Read and enjoy, a well written book.
