Review: The author was a college professor of mine too many years ago and reading this book about his relationship with the "socially disadvantaged" brought back memories of Fr. Pete and how he gave so much of himself to those who needed help desperately. He's still giving. I consider it a profound look at Christian Charity from a first person perspective. I was deeply moved.
