On the Door: The Geoff Thompson Story Part Three

Review: Anyone who has worked the door knows that this man knows his stuff. Mr Thompson aka. Geoff, writes honestly and holds little back from the reader so it certainly is not a book if your idea of a Saturday night is watching "the late show" with a bowl of chips and a coke. This book like Geoff's others is an exceptional read and I couldn't put it down (reading three of his books in two days). For anyone who works the door read this book,as you will relate to his insight, his "study" of this profession through immense experience. Thank god we don't all encounter the level of violence he had. If you don't work the door but always wanted to be a doorman and go around telling us how we have the greatest job, Geoff's book is for you, to set you straight. This book pulls no punches (pun intended)...great read.
