Dan Winters' photo of Elliott leaning against a post on a barbed wire fence recently was voted one of the all-time favorite photographs published in Texas Monthly.

Review: This book is very well written and should be of interest to everyone who enjoys a good biography full of adventure. Glenn Elliot was a great Texas Ranger and his story is certainly worth telling. A good man doing a great job for the citizens of Texas. Do yourself a big favor and put this book in your library.
