Summary: Buy It, Read It, Never Put It Down
Review: I find it extremely refreshing to read a book by a public figure that isn't watered-down. This ones a keeper.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: If there were no stars thats how I would rate this book
Review: If I could get my time back that I wasted reading this book, I certainly would like to. This "Young International," who has spent less than a year overseas, yet has the nerve to speak for all Americans living overseas. No we don't say we are Canadians!

His writing style is one of stream of consciouness that jumps from one point in his life to another with few details other than the lonely nights he spent in European Brothels, rather than any pertinent information on the work he did with the UNHCR.

His constant diatribe on US Foreign policy is so uninformed, and simple minded. It appears he gets the majority of his information on US policies from left wing brochures that are handed out at protests, as opposed to basing them on fact.

As an American living overseas, and have for a while, in many different countries, I find his account childish and what you would expect to hear from a 21 year old, more concerned with "clubbing," than his job, history, or culture he was living in.
Do not waste your time or your money.

Summary: Informative and Entertaining!
